Timeline

Friends Furry or Otherwise
Bob was never a lone kitty. Throughout the years he has befriended many people. Not including me, his first friend under my care was Ninja. He knew him for a year before my mother got divorced and thus they were separated. After that my mother got another kitty to keep him company named Juniper. That lasted for awhile until I moved him with me from Chicago to his new home in Oregon. He spent the rest of his days with 3 other kitties: Dude, Boo, and Clara. All those cat colleagues don't compare to one human he was majorly fond of. Bob hated my husband Arthur at first, because Bob is very protective of me. Eventually, Bob began to warm up to them. He would always sit on Arthur's lap when they would be on their computer. He would also lay down on their chest when they were sleeping. They became the bestest of friends.
Late Years
For those who it may concern, this is the story on how I found out about Bob's illness.
It started off from my roommate catching Bob drinking from the toilet. We found that strange, because we have multiple water bowls that are always full. We also noticed his weight went below ten pounds, even though his diet hadn't changed. We went to the vet shortly after this, and they confirmed my biggest fears. One of his kidneys had fully collapsed, and this happened fast. the vet checkup I had the year before said he was surprisingly healthy for his age, so it was disheartening to see such a major change. They prescribed me kidney food, but Bob had to be let go after a month of care.
